Symptoms
When you attempt to scan photos or other documents types using Complete SMS Version 10 (Remote App) the application does not detect the locally installed scanner
Resolution
Download and Install TSScan which is a remote desktop scanning client developed and supported by Terminal Works. By default Windows, terminal services do not support remote scanning.
Click here to download and then install the Scanning Client. Once installation is complete you will be able to use your locally installed scanner.
